A-Z Termination Rates
Wholesale A-Z Termination, One Interconnect
Instead of stitching together regional carriers, route international call termination through a single A-Z interconnect with one rate deck covering mobile and fixed destinations worldwide.
Coverage by region
Americas
US, Canada, and Latin America, mobile and fixed, with CLI routes for compliant outbound campaigns.
Europe
Western and Eastern Europe including premium mobile terminations where CLI integrity matters most.
Middle East & Africa
Coverage across major MEA markets, with NCLI options for cost-sensitive bulk traffic.
Asia-Pacific
From large mobile-first markets to island nations, with routes selected primarily for ASR rather than the lowest sticker price.
How A-Z rates are priced
Every destination on the rate deck is priced per minute, split by network type (mobile rates typically run higher than fixed-line rates in the same country) and by route class, CLI or NCLI. Some countries are further broken into prefixes where a mobile operator or region carries meaningfully different cost or quality.
Rather than one blended number per country, you get visibility into exactly what you're paying for on each destination you actually dial.
Billing increments
- Full-minute billing
- Billed in full-minute blocks. This is the traditional wholesale default.
- Hybrid billing
- A short initial period, then billed in smaller increments after.
- Per-second billing
- Precise billing from the first second, used on premium CLI routes.

A-Z termination FAQs
What does "A-Z termination" mean?
A-Z means termination coverage from A to Z, effectively every country and destination worldwide, delivered through one interconnect and one rate deck instead of negotiating separate carriers per region.
How are A-Z termination rates structured?
Rates are published per minute, broken out by destination (country and network type, mobile or fixed), and often by CLI vs. NCLI. Some destinations are further split by prefix where quality or cost varies within a country.
What billing increment do you use?
It depends on the route. Full-minute billing is standard on many NCLI routes, while premium CLI routes are often billed per second for precision. Your rate deck lists the increment per destination.
Can rates change without notice?
Wholesale voice rates move with underlying carrier costs, so decks are refreshed periodically. Active accounts get advance notice of rate changes on the destinations they use before they take effect.
